Apart from the advancement of scientific writings on Professor Utz's works, the foundation aims at completing his 'Sozialethik' - 'Social Ethics' in five volumes in Italian (Francesco Compagnoni, Rome) as well as Japanese (Hideshi Yamada). Entitled 'Etica Politica', the fifth volume was published in Italian by Edizioni San Paolo, Cinisello Balsamo (MI) at the price of 23.00 euros in November 2008. On May 7th, 2009, the Facoltà di Scienze Sociali (FASS) of the Papal University of Saint Thomas Aquinas Angelicum and the publishing house presented this book in Rome in the context of a scientific debate headed by the university's dean, Prof. Dr. Helen Alford. In April 2009, Professor Dr. Hideshi Yamada accepted a nomination as professor of juridical philosophy at the university of Kumamoto (Japan). Before being published as a book, the translation of 'Politische Ethik' - 'Political Ethics' by A.F. Utz is to be published in the Kumamoto Law Journal of the department of law.
